WHOLESALE SALES:

This is our focus. We welcome new customers! See below for wholesale sales terms.

RETAIL SALES:

Our products are available from most all of the major US retailers, or you may buy directly from us. We accept online payment via credit cards or PayPal account, or payment via US mail by check, cashier's check or money order. All checks must be from a US bank and in US dollars. Please contact us by email if you wish to send payment by mail.

RETAIL SHIPPING:

Shipping is just $5.00 regardless or your order size to any destination in the continental US. We generally ship via UPS Ground or the United States Postal Service. Please request a quotation for shipping outside the continental US.

RETAIL RETURNS:

Your return will be happily accepted for any reason at all within 30 days of purchase. Please email us and let us know why you are making the return to receive your Return Authorization. As long as your return is in New condition, you will receive a full refund minus shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. Actual shipping costs may be more than $5. If you have received a part that is defective or otherwise needs to be replaced, please email us to let us know what is wrong, and we will replace it at no charge and pay your shipping and our shipping costs to do so.

BLEMISHED PARTS:

We often have parts with Cosmetic Blemishes, etc., that we will discount and sell at a first-come-first-served basis, when they are available. Contact us to let us know what blemished parts you may be interested in, and we will advise you if any are available.

WHOLESALE SALES TERMS:

PAYMENT:
COD or advance payment for all initial orders. Net30 terms available for ongoing accounts. Overdue accounts accrue interest @1 1/2% per month. FOB Holland, Michigan.

SHIPPING:
Shipping is billed at cost. This usually includes insurance and a carton charge. We do not make money on shipping. Orders will be sent by ground carrier unless requested otherwise.

DROP-SHIPPING
We discourage drop-shipments, as our pricing structure is not profitable when not shipping wholesale quantities. Please only ask us for this service in an emergency. We charge a flat $10 fee to drop-ship once, and $20 for additional drop-ships.

BACKORDERS:
Although we try hard not to stock-out on products, when it does happen we will advise timing on the backorder. Please order well in advance to insure you do not run out of inventory.

RETURNS:
All merchandise should be inspected immediately upon receipt. If shipping damage has occurred, the shipper is responsible and must be contacted at once. Preserve your packaging as best you can to show the carrier. If any merchandise is defective it will be replaced immediately at no charge. Please contact us for a return authorization before any return.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
We try very hard to satisfy our customers. Contact us if we have erred so we may make it right. Also, contact us if you have comments or suggestions on how we might serve you better.

SAMPLES:
Minimum quantities apply to all wholesale goods, EXCEPT for samples. A sample of 1 or 2 pieces may be purchased at wholesale pricing on a one-time basis. We regret that we cannot offer free samples.
